After a tumultuous 2025 I decided to say “F it” and dive 10 toes down into doing things that bring me JOY. Because if YOU don’t look for - and celebrate - all things big (and small) in your life, who will?

Baking. Sewing. Teaching. These have all been constants throughout my entire life, so why NOT share them out loud for others to benefit from too?

Since 2005, I’ve helped businesses establish standards for and streamline their marketing, sales, and operations processes.

I’ve run nonstop process improvements - both for myself as a small business owner (photography, event planning, mentoring, and now: baking, sewing, and in-person & online workshops), as well as for multi-million dollar global corporations in the oil & gas and petrochemical industries, where I spent this most recent decade of my career.
